Addition of seven levels of parking structure, 989 parking stalls with 13,185 s.f. of future retail space, including a new electrical service, generator, emergency lighting, and an upgrade to the fire alarm system. New site renovations included landscape lighting, accent lighting, lighting control system, and power pedestals to seating areas.
