This LEED Silver-certified facility includes three NHL-standard ice rinks, one Olympic-sized rink, a 2,500-seat arena, Pro-Shop, and a state-of-the-art fitness gymnasium. Standing at a staggering 280,000 s.f., Great Park Ice & FivePoint Arena is the largest ice facility in California and one of the largest in the U.S. The facility is also the official practice facility for the National Hockey League’s Anaheim Ducks.
The rinks are illuminated by a complete LED sports lighting solution that is linked to the building’s dimming system for maximum controllability. This facility has a very high-end lighting fixture package to include site, DMX rink lighting, and front & back of the house lighting. In addition, Briggs Electric completed all electrical including wiring for LV Systems, Fire Alarm, Mechanical Rooms & Equipment, Scoreboard, Hocket Equipment Conduits, and Power & Lighting Control.
